Our promise
Every Octa ByteLabs manual is a premium hardcover reference, produced to an exacting standard. We want you to order with complete confidence. This policy explains when and how you can return a book and receive a refund.
7-day returns
If you're not fully satisfied, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, the book must be in its original, unused condition — undamaged, unmarked, and with any original packaging or inserts.
How to start a return
Email info@octabytelabs.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team responds within 2 business days with a return authorization and instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping is non-refundable; return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Damaged or defective items
If your book arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 2 days of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund, including shipping.
Non-returnable items
Digital downloads, gift cards, and final-sale items are non-returnable. Books returned used, marked, or damaged may receive a partial refund or be declined.
